THERAPY FOR WHEN THINGS FEEL HARD AND FOR THOSE WHO SIMPLY WANT TO GROW.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, life transitions and the quiet accumulation of too much. And with those who want to understand themselves better, to live with more intention, clarity and ease. Available in person in Lane Cove and online across Australia. Same-week appointments often available. Medicare rebates are available.

WHAT BRINGS PEOPLE TO THERAPY.

When your mind won't switch off, even at 2am.

When the weekend isn't enough to recover from the week.

When you keep snapping at people you love and can't work out why.

When something's shifted, a relationship, a role, a sense of who you are, and you're still finding your footing.

When you've got no name for what's wrong, just a sense that something could feel better.

When you're managing fine on the outside, and exhausted by how much that's costing you.

THERE'S NO RIGHT WAY AND NO RIGHT TIME — SOMETIMES IT'S JUST ABOUT BEING CURIOUS AND MAKING A START.

Therapy can be many things. A space to untangle something that's been building for years. A place to navigate a rough patch. Or simply somewhere to think out loud with someone who's genuinely paying attention. It doesn't need to be heavy. You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive. We go at your pace.

A LOCAL, INDEPENDENT PRACTICE.

I've been in independent private practice in Lane Cove for nearly a decade. I'm registered with AHPRA, and a member of AAPi and the Australasian Menopause Society. I value keeping care local, with same-week appointments often available, face-to-face in Lane Cove or via Telehealth anywhere in Australia.

A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON WOMEN'S MENTAL HEALTH.

Alongside my broader practice, I have a particular focus on women navigating perimenopause and midlife transitions, an area close to my heart, and one I believe deserves far more support than it often gets.

“My goal is simple: to create a space where you can show up as you are, say what’s actually going on, and feel genuinely cared for”.
